Retailer Terms and Conditions
Minimum order: Total order must meet or exceed $250 net.
Payment Terms: We accept all major credit cards, checks or wire transfers. Net terms are available to qualifying accounts with a completed credit application.
Freight: All freight is billed FOB Tucson, AZ. We ship via Fed Ex Ground and the freight will be added to the invoice unless we are instructed to ship otherwise. Customers instructing Savvi to use their own carriers will be responsible for the freight cost.
Shipping Lead Times: Our standard lead time to ship your orders is 5-7 business days.
Backorders: We will automatically ship any backorder of $50 or more, unless requested otherwise.
Damages and Claims: We request prior notification on all damages and claims. All notifications must be made within 60 days of the invoice date to receive credit.
